1. Overview

At Medikle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for Medikle Pro subscriptions purchased through our website at medikle.com.

2. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with Medikle Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your first payment.

  • The 3-day refund window applies only to first-time subscriptions.
  • Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for refund under this guarantee, as you may cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@medikle.com with your registered email address and payment details.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account statement.
  • Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment instrument.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Medikle Pro subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@medikle.com from the email address associated with your account.
  • Account Settings: Log in to your Medikle account and navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your Medikle Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan with limited features.
  • Your data and medication records will not be deleted — you can resubscribe at any time to regain Pro access.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Auto-Renewal

Medikle Pro subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) to ensure uninterrupted service. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • We will send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Service Outage: If Medikle Pro services are unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
  • Promotional Offers: Subscriptions purchased under special promotions or discounts are subject to the same refund policy unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
