1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Medikle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use of Service

Medikle provides a platform to help users identify, manage and track their medications. The App is meant to be used for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Important Health Notice: Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen or starting any new treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our App.

3. Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Medikle, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using the App
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to access any other user's account or data
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the App

5. Subscription & Billing

Medikle offers a free plan and a paid subscription plan ("Medikle Pro"). By subscribing to Medikle Pro, you agree to the following:

  • Pricing: Medikle Pro is available at $5 per month or $40 per year. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment partner, Razorpay.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
  • Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified to update your payment method.
  • Free Plan: The free plan provides limited access to features including a capped number of daily AI pill identification scans. Free plan users can upgrade to Pro at any time.

6. Refund & Cancellation

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on first-time Medikle Pro subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. If pricing changes affect your active subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email before the new pricing takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change if you do not agree to the revised pricing.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Medikle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medikle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Medikle does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the App and will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may result from the use of such information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
