Medikle is a digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods or products. All services offered by Medikle, including the Medikle Pro subscription, are delivered electronically through our mobile application and website.

2. Instant Activation

Upon successful payment for a Medikle Pro subscription, your premium features are activated instantly. There is no waiting period or delivery time.

  • Premium features become available immediately after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details within minutes of purchase.
  • If premium features are not activated within 15 minutes of payment, please contact our support team.

3. Service Availability

Medikle services are available:

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — subject to scheduled maintenance windows.
  • On Android devices via the Google Play Store.
  • On the web via medikle.com.
  • iOS support is planned for a future release.

4. Access Across Devices

Your Medikle Pro subscription is linked to your account, not your device. You can access premium features on any supported device by logging in with your registered account credentials.

5. Service Disruptions

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. In such cases:

  • We will notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
  • Unscheduled outages will be communicated via our social media channels and email.
  • Your subscription period will not be shortened due to temporary service disruptions.
